Empire National Document Services believes pricing should be straightforward, transparent, and easy to understand.
Our fees vary depending on the type of service, location, number of documents or signers, travel requirements, assignment scope, and turnaround time.
For notarial services, the applicable Delaware statutory notarial fee is listed separately from any applicable Empire National service, travel, processing, or specialty-service fee.

Government filing fees, shipping fees, courier fees, and any required notarization are separate and are paid by the client.
Example: Apostille assistance for one document located 30 miles away = $75 service fee + $35 travel fee = $110, before any government, shipping, courier, or required notarization fees.

Travel fees are based on the distance to the assigned inspection location and are separate from the base inspection fee.

Empire National can work with clients to establish recurring or contract-based field inspection services based on the assignment type, frequency, service area, number of locations, reporting requirements, and turnaround expectations.
